Premium Partner These value added resellers are committed to Clearswift at a strategic level and sell the full range of MIMEsweeper solutions. Clearswift is engaged directly with these partners, even in the situation where a VAD also operates, and agrees specific business plans and objectives for these partners with terms that may supersede the standard discounts and margins.
They will be expected to provide first line support.
Authorized Partner These resellers have the required level of certification, but may not have the strategic focus or commitment to warrant a direct relationship or highest discounts. They would be typically be managed by the VAD in the markets that operate a two-tier model, and would be encouraged to take first line support.
Registered Reseller
These partners will have a minimal commitment to Clearswift, with a nominated sales / product specialist, and will be conducting ad hoc business. They will not be providing first line support, but will sell ClearSupport Direct. These resellers would be typically managed through the VAD or buying through the Premier Resellers in a 1-Tier market.
